Limited Product Warranty

Dr. Franklyn’s warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

This warranty covers:

• Defective stitching
• Faulty electrical components (if applicable)
• Mechanical malfunction under normal use

This warranty does NOT cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use or misuse
• Unauthorized modifications
• Damage caused by accidents or neglect
• Improper cleaning

To make a warranty claim:

Include:

• Order number
• Photos or video of defect
• Description of issue

If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Liability is limited to the original purchase price.
