How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Can I return a product?
Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging, with all accessories and components. Some personal-use and therapy products may not be returnable once opened, and final-sale items are excluded. Email support@drfranklyns.com to request a return and receive instructions.
