30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and components included. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return

Email support@drfranklyns.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will review your request. If approved, a representative will contact you to process your return and provide shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, except where required by applicable law:

• Custom or personalized products

• Final-sale items and gift cards

• Certain opened personal-use, compression, or therapy products, for hygiene and safety reasons

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@drfranklyns.com within 5 business days, including your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review the situation and help resolve it.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, request a return first. Once approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement product.

Refunds

We will notify you of your refund status after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

European Union Orders

For orders delivered to the European Union, a 14-day cancellation right may apply, subject to applicable conditions and exceptions. Contact our support team to request a return. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
